This was my experience with this particular store. I had a cam phaser issue in July which they replaced no problem ( or so I thought. ) Then in November of the same yr. I had to have a new transmission installed. Which took 6 weeks to complete. When I got my truck back it had an exhaust leak, the transfer case has a leak now plus on further inspection I also have a oil leak which is coming from the passenger side valve cover and you could tell that it was a fresh leak also the plastic cover for the motor was ...

Bought a dodge challenger from another town with issues. Had shottenkirk do a diagnostic and told me what the issues were. I opted to fix it myself at home. Shottenkirk was right and a main issue they addressed fixed my stalling issue. Sometimes it pays to know for sure rather than throwing parts at it. The lady at the desk was cordial and informative. I took my 2023 Platinum F-150 in for service, they got my truck in quickly finished the requested service in short order.
Made reservation for Saturday. Then they told me they don't make great reservations on Saturday. Had to wait hours. Not happy

Pleased with their service dept. Wish they would offer incentives like free tire rotation with purchase of tires and maybe half price rotation with and oil change. It may not seem to be that big of a deal but a lot of other places do that. To me it's a form of appreciation for being a loyal customer.
II own 2 Kia’s and would not have them serviced anywhere else. Reliable staff and mostly fair pricing.

I made an appointment and I was quickly seen. I was welcomed by Keith and the management team. They showed me the car I asked about and made sure I had everything I wanted in a vehicle available. I was shown not only a test drive but everything on the vehicle how it worked and how to customize it to me. I truly felt important and valued as a customer. I left with the vehicle I wanted at the price and financing that worked for me and my family.
Not sure exactly what was done but the parts aren't there for the recall so I have to bring back another day took me a while to find my car when they brought it back to my work but other than that great
In my experience, the sales staff and service team do well to take care of vehicle needs! It is nice to have an honest group in this field!
You can imagine my surprise to show up for my appointment, which I was told would be covered under warranty the month before when they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts- only to be told that the parts were, in fact, NOT covered by a warranty. Then, after I questioned why it was covered during our first conversations and now it wasn’t.. I was met with a sharp attitude and a “people make mistakes”. There was absolutely zero effort to take accountability, apologize or any effort of customer service. I very much so felt like the “stupid female” ...

Made appt 2 weeks in advance, and first appt, took 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation, then got called later to go back and torque lugnuts
The service staff are friendly and willing to work with you on what days to bring your vehicle in for servicing. The salesmen are very nice as well. Especially Luke Neuman. He does everything he can to make your experience pleasant. I highly recommend Shottenkirk.
I requested a 100000 mile check and I don’t believe the performed it, there was no indication on the report that they did the listed checks and I ended up taking it in for new brakes 2 weeks later. Now I wonder what I actually paid for. I asked them to check the rattle sound when idling and the rattle is still present.

An okay car buying experience but, they tried to charge me an extra $1000 dollars for care package that they said they accidentally left out in the purchase agreement. Salesman Twillie was nice and not too pushy only talked about the car instead of trying to blow smoke.

Was told the issue was the wench hookup. Even explained that it couldn't be the wench, as it had been having this issue prior to wench install. The issue continued after pickup, issue not fixed. Now, its been sitting at Shottenkirk for another 2 weeks and little to no communication regarding the issue.

The service center (specifically the Kia branch) was phenomenal to work with. I was able to bring my car in ahead of time (though my appointment was never made - which wasn't that big of a deal). Finance is under pressure to upsell warranty. I said NO several times and they didn’t care. Almost cost them the sale. I will not send anyone there. Probably the last vehicle I buy from them. Luke the salesman was great. But, beyond that, unacceptable.

Experience at Shottenkirk was exceptional. Montel was honest and open from the beginning to the very end. He is a great person with a huge personality and I would highly recommend going to him for any car needs.
Sales process was good. However, my trailer hitch cover from my trade in was not returned. The salesman reported it was not on the truck when he looked for it after it was sent for detailing. It appears there was very little effort to look for it. I have concerns the detail dept lacks integrity. The trailer hitch cover was representative of my military service and had some sentimental value.
The service provided was great. They came and picked up our car and brought it back to us the same day. I would highly recommended Shottenkirk!

Shottenkirk came here and towed my car to their service center. The communication was very good, and my car was serviced quickly and to my satisfaction.
Got my vehicle in fast and diagnosed the problems same day, took a few days to get parts and get “fixed”. Went to pick up my vehicle and noticed the “service air bag” was on still. Immediately went back in and told I could leave it for another 3+days or bring it back later. I would rate my overall experience a 7/10 just because part of the reason it was there was for that specific light being on and there’s no way the tech didn’t see it while moving back to the lot after working on it.
Great Team. Very attentive to my needs and I got a great deal. Well Done!
